Prices and Payment

The parties are bound by the agreed prices, which include the respective statutory VAT unless prices have been explicitly agreed upon without VAT.

1. Payments under this Agreement shall be made by the User in Thailand at the official exchange rate quoted by Siam PD Tour on the payment date. In case of an increase in the exchange rate of the US dollar / USD /, Euro /EUR/ or Thai Baht /THB/ plus bank transaction overseas agent has to pay to Thailand, Our a/c Kasikorn Bank(KBANK) Bank a/c No 7222330933 a/c name Siam PD Tour by Mr Sahakhom Chuaytruek swift code KASITHBK 50 % from travel rate 10 Days before arrival and 50% on arrival or transfer with bank transaction receipt Payment before client arrival (3-7 days transaction)

2. Credit card payment or payment by Pay Pal to the account of the Tour Operator shall be accepted surcharge 4.95 %.( minus with Bank charge 4.7%)

4. The deposit shall amount 50% of the total package price Final payment of 50% on arrival to the date of the tour or Package tours. For bookings placed for Package unless otherwise stated in the Tour Operator's Agreement for pre-arranged travel. The User shall pay the deposit at the time of the signing of the Agreement for pre-arranged tourism travel unless another deadline is stated.

5. Early registrations shall be valid in case of bookings and payments of up to 100% made under the terms and conditions, within the deadlines and payment methods, set out in the Agreement for pre-arranged travel.

6 Overseas agent shall send payment to the Tour operator for Booking Package tour including Hotel(s) not less than one week (7 Days)

7 Client come without the tour leader or in case the overseas agent cannot send cash with the Tour leader want to pay by swift code and TT copy money have to clear at operator's Tour account  before the group of client check-in at the hotel

8 Overseas agent shell send slips payment via info@bookthaitour.com
